IRF Practitioner Membership: cancellation and refund policy

IRF Practitioner Membership is offered by All Aces, Inc. through IRF Hub.

Membership payments

Monthly membership costs $49 per month. Annual membership costs $490 per year. Membership renews automatically at the selected billing interval unless canceled before the next renewal.

Canceling your membership

You may cancel future renewals at any time by emailing info@allacesinc.com from the email address associated with your membership. We will confirm your cancellation by email. A cancellation request received before your renewal date will stop that renewal; if a charge is processed while we handle the request, we will refund it.

Unless you receive a refund for the current billing period, your paid membership access continues through the end of that period.

Your first purchase

If the membership is not the right fit, email info@allacesinc.com within 14 calendar days of your first payment to request a full refund. This applies to both monthly and annual memberships.

Renewal payments

If your membership renews and you did not intend to continue, email info@allacesinc.com within 7 calendar days of the renewal payment to request a full refund of that renewal. We will also cancel future renewals.

Outside these refund windows, payments are generally nonrefundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a month or year. You may contact us about exceptional circumstances for individual review.

Billing errors and access problems

Please report duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or problems accessing your membership to info@allacesinc.com. We will investigate, correct billing errors, and work with you to restore access or determine an appropriate refund.

How refunds work

Include your membership email address, payment date, and whether your request concerns an initial purchase or renewal. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.

A full refund ends the paid access associated with the refunded billing period. Any separately approved ongoing complimentary membership remains in place.

Complimentary memberships

Approved complimentary memberships have no expiry and no automatic billing. They do not convert to paid subscriptions automatically.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law.
