The Integrated Resilience Framework Hub, by All Aces

Close the gap between what you stand for and what your systems can deliver.

Purpose-driven organizations rarely fail for lack of values. They fail because their systems cannot deliver what they stand for. We call it the Values-to-Action Gap. The Integrated Resilience Framework (IRF) is how we close it, and the IRF Hub is the door: the free IRF Compass, the IRF Practitioner Membership, digital tools and eBooks, and this fall, the Founding IRF Guide Cohort.

The Values-to-Action Gap

Four patterns we see in sincere, mission-driven organizations

None of these is a character flaw. Each is what a design makes possible. If one sounds familiar, the IRF gives you a way to see it and change it.

01

Commitment without capability

The organization has promised more than it has planned, organized, resourced, trained, and evaluated. Someone absorbs the difference: staff overwork, partners quietly fill in, the people with the least authority carry the equity work. Sincerity does not create capacity.

02

One person who alone knows the system

A grant report, a payroll run, a community relationship that lives in one head. It works until that person is out, and then the whole organization learns how fragile the process was.

03

Resilience theater

People are praised for enduring while the conditions that exhaust them stay the same. Every disruption, dysfunction, and inequity makes a withdrawal from the Resilience Reserve of your staff and the communities you serve.

04

No shared language for change

Every department handles disruption its own way. When pressure arrives, teams scatter, duplicate effort, and blame each other for a problem the structure created.

These are not four problems. They are one pattern: a gap between values and the systems that have to carry them. The IRF was built to find that gap and close it — design, not blame.
The framework

Five dimensions. Three lenses. A profile, never a score.

The Integrated Resilience Framework reads an organization across five Foundational Dimensions and three lenses. It was developed by Dr. Atyia Martin from two decades of work in city government, public health emergencies, and with nonprofits, coalitions, and companies that meant every word of their mission.

Dimension

Purpose

Why the organization exists, who it serves, what change it seeks, and whether the strategy still fits the real context.

Dimension

People

Who the organization depends on and how they are treated: trust, voice, role clarity, repair, and accountability to those who pay with money or power and those who pay with impact.

Dimension

Process

How the work actually happens, and where the handoffs break.

Multiplier

Justice

Is it fair, and how would we know? Justice conditions whether resilience is shared or extractive.

Enabler

Capabilities

Can we actually deliver what we promised? Capability is not commitment, activity, or a training certificate; it is assured through Plan, Organize, Resource, Train, Evaluate.

(Purpose + People + Process) × Justice → enabled by Capabilities.
A way of showing how the parts relate, not arithmetic.
The Resilience ReserveThe health, wealth, and cultural reserves of the people and communities you touch.
The Threat LandscapeSix categories of pressure, from funding cliffs to strategic drift.
Structural ReceptivityHow much a design lets harm enter, repeat, or stay hidden without anyone intending it.
It will not give you a single overall score. One number hides more than it shows.
It will not tell you who is at fault. The issue is rarely what any one person believes; it is what the system makes possible.

The IRF Practitioner Membership

Membership is for the person who has to make resilience real on Monday morning: executive directors, program and operations leaders, public servants, organizers, coalition staff, and the consultants and OD practitioners who work alongside them. It is per person, so colleagues from one organization are each welcome.

From Dr. Martin

A note from Dr. Atyia Martin

I built this framework over two decades, in city government, in public health emergencies, and alongside nonprofits, coalitions, and companies that meant every word of their mission and still watched their values get lost between the strategic plan and the Tuesday staff meeting. Nearly every idea in it started as something a client, a colleague, or a community member said in a room with me. The Hub exists so that you do not have to hire me to use it. Take the free Snapshot. If it matches what you feel, or if it does not, that is worth a conversation, and I would love to have it with you inside. As always, sending lots of love, hope, and intentional action. — Atyia

FAQ

Questions, answered

Who is membership for?

Anyone who has to make resilience real in an organization: leaders, program and operations staff, public servants, organizers, and the consultants and practitioners who work with them. You do not need a title.

Is it per person or per organization?

Per person. Colleagues from the same organization are each welcome; team options come in 2027.

My organization will pay. Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Choose annual at checkout and download the invoice, or write to us and we will send one.

What exactly is live right now?

The monthly live workshop (first one September 24), recordings, the Resilience Reimagined eBook, the members' space, and the toolkit modules as they ship. We only list what you can use this month. New digital products and the Benchmark assessment come to members first.

Is anything planned for later?

Yes: additional toolkit modules through the fall, Benchmark access, and in 2027 a certification track for practitioners who want to bring the IRF to their clients. Planned, not promised; we will announce each when it is real.

Do I need to be a member to use the IRF Compass?

No. The Snapshot and Standard are free to everyone at irfcompass.com. Membership is where you learn to read and act on the results with others.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, in one click. If your first month is not useful, write to us within 30 days and we will refund it.

I worked with All Aces before. Is there something for me?

Yes. Three months of membership and the eBook are a gift; claim them at allacesinc.com/alumni. If you are not sure whether you count as an alumnus, claim anyway; we would rather be generous than exact.

Is there a reduced rate?

If the price is a barrier — you are a student, or you are paying yourself at a very small organization — write to us. We will work it out.

What is the difference between irfhub.com and irfcompass.com?

The Compass is the assessment. The Hub is everything around it: membership, products, cohorts, and the community.

I am a consultant. Can I use the IRF with my clients?

Yes, and many practitioners will. The certification track planned for 2027 is built for that; in the meantime, membership gives you the framework, the toolkit, and the room.

Build the systems your values deserve.

You have read this far because you know your organization needs more than good intentions. The IRF gives you a way to see the gap and a community to close it with. Start free, or join as a Practitioner today.
